Tahini and Citrus Baked Cauliflower and Broccoli

If you looking for a dairy free, cheesy tasting, vegetable dish then this is absolutely it!  Perfect dish for the kiddos.  So easy, so full of flavor and nutritious!  If you haven’t included tahini (sesame paste) in your go-to pantry ingredients then your truly missing out…a must try.

 

2 tblsp tahini

1/4 cup olive or coconut oil

squeeze of half a lemon

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried onion powder

1/2 tsp dried garlic powder

salt/pepper

 

Mix tahini, oil, lemon juice, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt/pepper in a bowl.  Cut and wash all broccoli and cauliflower and put on a baking sheet.  Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  drizzle the sauce on the vegetables and toss them around until they are all coated lightly.  Bake for about 10-13 minutes.  Do not overcook.  Enjoy!
