This!  This!  This!

I love Fish, I love Asian flavors, sushi (although, I’m not a fan of eating raw fish😉), This was by far one of my most favorite dishes I’ve ever made.  This turned out truly amazing!

Wild caught tuna filet

1/2 cup Coconut Aminos

Juice of 1 lemon

Sesame seeds

1 tsp ground ginger

Jarred pickled ginger

salt/pepper

Avocado Oil for frying

This couldn’t be any easier!  Squeeze the lemon onto the fish and place the coconut aminos on a deep plate.  Place the tuna steak onto the coconut aminos and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.  Flip it over and marinate the other side.  Pour the sesame seeds onto another plate and mix it with the ground ginger.  Coat the tuna into the sesame mixture.  Place to the side while the avocado oil heats up in the frying pan.  Pan sear the tuna for about 3 minutes per side.  Serve alongside a sweet and savory cucumber salad and top it with pickled ginger and wasabi.  To Die For!!!
