Quick Zoodle Noodles
- 4 cups Carrot, Zucchini and or Squash Zoodles
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup of bone broth
- salt/pepper to taste
If you don’t have a fancy spiralizer, no worries! Just use your grater! Thats what I used for this picture. Heat oil, butter and broth on stove, low heat. Once heated, turn heat up to medium and quickly integrate noodles into broth mixture for no more than 1 minute. The goal isn’t to cook the Zoodles but to warm them and integrate them into the sauce. Zoodles will get soggy if cooked too long. Enjoy!!!
