Paleo Coleslaw


  • 1/2 Head of white cabbage
  • 1/2 head of purple cabbage
  • 1 whole small red onion
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrot (optional)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of raw honey
  • salt/pepper to taste


Thinly chop all the cabbage, red onion and parsley, place into a bowl and set aside.  In a small separate bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.  Mix the liquid into the slaw and enjoy!  This is a power house of fresh flavors!!!
