
Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp raw organic honey
Blend Milk, vanilla and honey. Once blended pulse chia seeds in only to incorporate everything. Do not over mix! Mixture will end up too thick. Store covered in the refrigerator 1 hour-overnight. Serve with fresh fruit on top! Yum-O!!!
