Super Balls

  • 1 cup of unsweetened sunbutter
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds or GF oats
  • 1 tsp manuka honey
  • 2 tbsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of coconut oil

 

Mix everything together and form into bite sized balls.  Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.  Amazing!!!
