Granola

 

  • 2 Cups of GF organic oats
  • 1/2 cup of raw seeds
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened organic shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened organic dried fruit of choice
  • 1 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • Dash of salt

 

Put oats,seeds, coconut shreds, on a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.  Take out of oven and mix with everything else.  Put everything back on baking sheet and turn oven off.  Place in the warm oven for about 5 minutes.  Remove and let cool.

Be sure to make a double batch!  This goes fast:)
