imageGluten Free Power House Make-Ahead Oatmeal

 

  • 2 cups GF Oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup organic wild blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1tbsp manuka honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup flax meal or chia seeds

 

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.  Portion out your personal individual serving size into sealable plastic baggies.  Next mix all other ingredients together and add to the baggies. Freeze for up to 3 months.  To Serve remove from bag place into bowl and add nut milk or water and microwave until cooked through.  Fast and nutrient dense breakfast on the go!
