Gluten Free Power House Make-Ahead Oatmeal
- 2 cups GF Oats
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup organic wild blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1tbsp manuka honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup flax meal or chia seeds
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Portion out your personal individual serving size into sealable plastic baggies. Next mix all other ingredients together and add to the baggies. Freeze for up to 3 months. To Serve remove from bag place into bowl and add nut milk or water and microwave until cooked through. Fast and nutrient dense breakfast on the go!
