Sun Butter Chia/flax seed Pudding with Banana’s
- 1 cup of coconut or almond milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of raw organic honey
- 1 chopped banana
- sun butter to taste
Blend together milk, vanilla, sunbather, cocoa powder and honey. After its all blended add in chia seeds and lightly pulse to integrate. cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour-overnight. Serve with sliced bananas! Yum!!!
