Egg Mc Paleo Muffin Sandwich
- 6 eggs
- 12 slices of carly’s gluten free paleo bread
- No nitrate deli sliced organic ham
- vegan cheese (optional)
Crack whole egg into an individual greased cupcake tin. Continue to do with all eggs. dash each with salt and pepper and cook in oven for around 15 minutes or until cooked through. Once done, let cool and remove from tin ramekins. Now build your sandwich! Slice of bread, egg, ham, and vegan cheese, or spinach. Wrap each individually in foil and place them all in a large ziplock bag. To reheat take out of freezer and unwrap foil. Now wrap sandwich in paper towel and heat in microwave for 1 minute, flip over and cook another 30-45 seconds or until done. These are a house favorite of ours!
