Staple Queen of The Green Smoothie

Staple everyday Smoothie

 

  • 1 cup leafy dark greens (I rotate kale, spinach, collards, and chard)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1 carrot stick
  • 1 celery stick
  • handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp flax meal

 

Put everything in the blender and cover with filtered water.
