Staple everyday Smoothie
- 1 cup leafy dark greens (I rotate kale, spinach, collards, and chard)
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 carrot stick
- 1 celery stick
- handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp flax meal
Put everything in the blender and cover with filtered water.
