Pumpkin Doughnut Holes
- 1/2 can of organic unsweetened Pumpkin
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs for egg free)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 3/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 7 tsp coconut oil
Mix all together and form into bite sized balls. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
optional topping: mixture of 4 tbsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp sugar
