2B0D3FFB-A627-41B3-9B3D-E33A07A8B1E2

1 cup all purpose gf flour mixture

1 cup coconut flour

1 cup coconut sugar or honey

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup crushed walnuts

4 ripe bananas

3/4 cup dark chocolate bits

Con Leche Sauce:

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey

Preheat oven to 325.

Combine both flours, baking soda, powder and sugar in a bowl. Whisk it well!  In a separate bowl beat the eggs, bananas and coconut oil until fully combined.  Mix this mixture in with the dry ingredients.  Now add in the walnuts and chocolate bits and mix.   Place into a very well greased bread pan.  Cook for about 45 minutes.  While it’s cooking heat up the milk for Con Leche.  Once well heated add in the remaining ingredients and set aside until the bread is done baking.  Once the bread is done let it sit on the counter for about ten minutes.    After ten minutes, using a tooth pick, poke holes all over the bread and pour the con Leche mixture all over the bread and let sit to soak for another 15 minutes:)

Enjoy this delicious treat!
