Steamed Broccoli
- 3 heads of broccoli
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
As if Broccoli wasn’t healthy enough, I went in and upped the nutritive anty! This is our house favorite and we eat it for days, so make a big batch for leftovers! Steam your broccoli aldente ( still hard but starting to heat through). Once done drizzle lots of coconut oil on top and squeeze that lemon over it. Now sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whats better than this?! Yum!!!
