This is a must try! This was part of a super batch of dough I made that produced not only these pretzels but also a loaf of bread and cinnamon rolls. This dough turned out amazing!!!!! These pretzels are off the hook delicious! If you don’t have the Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning you need to go out and purchase it pronto. It’s not only good on bagels and pretzels but also on potatoes, bread, homemade crackers, avocados, salads….add it to your seasoning cabinet!

To make the dough:
1 cup coconut flour
2 cups rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
2 teaspoon xanthum gum
1 teaspoon baking powder(aluminum free)
1 1/2 cup warm milk
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon organic raw honey
1 cup unsweetened plain cashewgurt or almond yogurt
in a small bowl mix the warm milk, yeast and honey and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all dry ingredients in a big bowl and whisk to combine thoroughly! In another bowl mix the yogurt and egg. After yeast starts to rise in the milk, add it to the yogurt mixture and stir together. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry with your hands! Put aside to rise for about 30 minutes. Once done, mix again and then use the dough to make anything! This recipe is pretzels. I chose pretzel rods as it’s easier to form with a gluten free dough🤪. Boil a big pot of water. Place pretzel rods in the boiling water. Once they float to the top remove them with a hand strainer and place them on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning and bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes:) yum!
