What’s better than a delicious bone broth soup simmering on the stove?! Not a thing!
1 onion
3 carrots
1 whole bundle of celery
3 large garlic bulbs
1/2 juice of a lemon
fresh parsley
mixed fresh greens
4 cups of bone broth
2 cups of filtered water
salt/pepper
2 breasts of chicken
Chop and sauté in olive oil the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until sweated down a bit. Add the broth, water, salt and pepper. Once boiling add the chicken breasts and bring down to a simmer. Cook on low for about 45 min or enough time for chicken to be shredded. Once shredded add the chicken back in the pot and squeeze the half lemon in. Place fresh greens and chopped parsley in the serving bowls and put soup on top! Can’t get more delicious and nutrient dense than this meal😋
Fresh and delicious! Only bone broth I will eat.
