1 can wild albacore tuna
1 whole chopped onion
2 chopped celery sticks
2 chopped carrots
1 big bundle of chopped fresh parsley
1 big bundle of fresh chopped dill
1/2 teaspoon whole ground mustard
1 tablespoon unsweetened cashew or almond yogurt
1 teaspoon paleo mayonnaise
mix it all together and enjoy!!!!😋
