Paleo bread

Pic3This bread is almost AIP (use egg replacements for AIP) compliant! It is whole thirty, and Gaps friendly.  Crusty outside and moist in the center.  This is delicious! A must try!!!

1 1/2 cup warm filtered water

1/2 teaspoon of yeast

2 eggs

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup organic raw honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup tapioca flour

1 1/2 cup rice flour

1 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup almond meal

 

place the yeast in a small with warm water and honey and set aside until it starts to activate.  Add all the wet ingredients to the bread maker.  Once the water, yeast, honey mixture is activated (usually about 5 min) add it to the other wet ingredients in the bread maker. Add in all the flours and let the bread maker do it’s magic!!! This is the best method for gluten free bread! Enjoy!!!
