Plantain Tacos Queen of The Green Style
- 1 batch of Plantain tacos (in the bread section of the blog)
- 1 sliced avocado
- 2-3 lbs Ground chicken or beef
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp clove
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried cilantro
- salt and pepper
- 2 pounds of organic ground chicken
Carrot Slaw Mixture:
- 2 cups of shredded carrot
- 1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 finely diced red onion
- Pasted garlic of 2 bulbs
- 1/2 squeezed fresh lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp raw honey
- salt and pepper
Brown Chicken on stove and add in all seasonings. Put aside. Shred the carrots and add onion and parsley. In a separate bowl mix the dressing of garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper. Mix it in with carrot slaw. To assemble, place ground chicken on taco and cover with carrot slaw and top with a slice of avocado. I think may may think you died and went to heaven! It’s heavenly!!!
