Citrus Honey and Garlic Wild Caught Salmon

 

  • 1 large filet of wild caught salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 2 bulbs fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Turn Broiler on 550.

Completely coat fish with olive oil. Cook skin side up for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and squeeze lemon and orange on flesh.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and rub chopped garlic all over fish.  Drizzle with raw honey and place back in broiler for 5 minutes.  Remove from broiler and place citrus pieces on top and cook another couple minutes.  Keep your eye on it!  This is so divine!!!
