Turkey Funfetti Meatballs
- 2 lbs of organic ground turkey
- 2 tbsp of pesto
- 1 whole diced red onion
- 3 shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp of italian seasonings
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/3 cup of gf oats
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Pre-Heat oven at 425
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Create the meatballs and place on a baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes only. This recipe yields a big batch of meatballs. You will be freezing most of these! This is the easiest go to meal for me and my boys! Defrost a meatball and serve with a fresh green salad or left over veggies from the night before! Lunch or dinner ready in under 5 minutes. Mommy score!!!
Store bought meatballs have so many preservatives and chemicals…this version is not only highly nutritious but they taste amazing as well!
