This is over the top delicious! The best gluten free pizza crust I’ve had to date.
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup almond meal flour
1/4 cup rice flour
3 whole eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Turn oven on 350. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with olive oil.
mix the flour and dry ingredients together well. In a separate bowl mix the oil, eggs and yogurt together and incorporate it into the flour mixture. It shouldn’t be too wet but if it’s too dry to work with add in more yogurt. I cut my dough in half and made two pizzas! Oil your rolling pin well so the dough doesn’t stick to it. Roll it as think as possible. Cook for about 20 min.
Remove from oven and top it with your favorite toppings! This is a taco pizza!!! Yum😋
