Garlic and Herb Turkey Meatballs

Simple, fresh and delicious…

 

2 pounds of ground turkey

6 bulbs of chopped fresh garlic

3 tablespoons of fresh chopped chives

1 huge handful of fresh parsley

salt/pepper

put everything into a bowl and mix well with your hands.  Portion your balls out and bake at 425 for about 20-25 minutes. Let them sit for 5 minutes before eating 😋
