Green Goddess Soup
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cup broccoli
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 Celery stick
- 1 Handful of Kale
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1/2 juice of fresh lemon
- 1 cup of bone broth
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- salt/pepper to taste
This soup could not be any easier! These ingredients are optional and really I use my blender soups as a way to use up vegetables in my fridge that may be going bad in the next few days. Throw everything in your blender and transfer to the stove and add in the broth and coconut milk. Salt and pepper to taste. This is packed with amazing vitamins and minerals! Enjoy!!!
